Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@puffyheroes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

To return your order please send it to the following address and be sure to include a slip with your order number inside. 

Please note that refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.
